DESCRIPTION:BLOOD DRIVE | March 1\, 5-8:30PM \nBlood is unique in our healthcare ecosystem. It cannot be synthetically made\, meaning volunteers are the only way to provide blood to those in need. And the demand is great: every two seconds\, someone in America needs a blood transfusion. \nYou can give the gift of life at our Blood Drive with New Hope Church. Schedule your donation appointment by following the link below: SCHEDULE YOUR LIFESAVING DONATION HERE! \nOne in seven patients entering a hospital require blood to be available. This ranges from trauma victims to patients battling sickle cell disease or Thalassemia\, or to ensure a successful organ or bone marrow transplant. Cancer patients use 25% of all blood donations and blood transfusions are needed in one out of every 83 newborn deliveries in America today\, a rate that has increased by more than 50% between 2006 and 2015. The list goes on. \nIn short\, all of us are likely to know someone who will need blood. Despite this\, only 3% of all Americans donate blood. A reality that should trouble us all. Donate Blood.  Spread Awareness.  Make a Difference. \nWe have a total of 8 appointments scheduled with 27 total possible appointment slots. DESCRIPTION:Andrea Fisher is stepping down from high school ministries (INFUSE) to pursue a master’s degree in family counseling. While she will no longer be leading\, she will still be a small group leader and involved in STARS Day Camp. \nSo\, we hope you will join us in celebrating her service and love of New Hope and especially our high school students and families. We will be recognizing her on Sunday morning\, March 5\, but we’ll also be hosting a reception following the service. Former students and families are especially encouraged to come. \nCards and notes of encouragement are welcomed. You may bring those on Sunday\, to the reception. We hope you will join us in celebrating and praying for Andrea & Brant in their new chapter of ministry. We’ll have some treats to celebrate.

DESCRIPTION:GIRLS ON THE GO | MARCH 24 @ 10:15AM\nEntering Newfields at 11AM \nThis month we will be going to Newfields to view Art in Bloom\, the Lume\, spring blooms outside and the Lilly house. We are very honored that our own\, Nancy Craig’s daughter\, Ann\, has a floral arrangement in Art In Bloom. There are 39 breathtaking floral arrangements to view. The Art in Bloom ticket will also get you into the museum\, the Lume (Monet and Friends) and everything else I listed. We will eat lunch at the museum or bring a sack lunch. \nCost: $25 plus $1.75 fee\, total $26.75 \nWe will carpool. Please let Sue Galloway (317.201.0449) know if you are willing to drive and how many people can fit in your car including yourself. \nReturn time will be up to those in your car as there are so many events to see that day. \nEach person must buy their own ticket and they sell out fast\, so buy it ASAP.
