Blood Drive

BLOOD DRIVE | OCT 16, 5:30-8:30PM
Help save someone’s live by donating blood. Versiti Blood Center will be here at New Hope on Wednesday, October 16, from 5:30-8:30pm in the Activity Center to take your donation. Please be sure to eat a healthy meal and drink plenty of water before your arrival. Sign up by clicking here. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome.

Did You Know?

• More than 2,400 donors are needed each day to maintain an adequate blood supply for patients.
• While about 38% of the population is eligible to donate blood, fewer than 5% do.
• Blood that closely matches that of a patient is less likely to be rejected by the patient and can mean fewer complications after a transfusion.
